Suitable for all levels and ages, this workshop empowers you to enhance your performance, recover more effectively, and move with greater ease and confidence—both on and off the mat.

For the past 15 years, I’ve been guiding people through yoga, but my focus has evolved. Now, I specialize in functional movement, joint mobility, flexibility, and strength training—helping people move with ease, stay strong, and maintain independence as they age.

I primarily work with mature students, supporting them in staying active and confident in their bodies.

Whether it’s playing with grandkids, traveling, or simply feeling good in daily movement, my approach blends mindful mobility with practical strength training to keep your joints healthy, muscles strong, and body resilient.
